Customer Satisfaction Program and preparation of Business Visits

We initiate a training and coaching program aimed at Customer Satisfaction: tools and methodologies for the preparation of public administration personnel for the realization of business visits of municipal scope. It consists of 3 training sessions with a special focus on enhancing emotional intelligence in organizations, effective communication and coaching techniques as tools for the management and resolution of professional conflicts.
